This 'on the day co-ordination' service can be thought of as an insurance policy. Ruth will be there to ensure that the money you've spent on your big day doesn't go to waste.
To give you a better idea of what could be included in your There on Your Day service, here are just a few of the areas covered
•Liaison and co-ordination of all of your suppliers in the weeks prior to the wedding, allowing you both the time to relax before the big day
•Co-ordination of a time schedule for the day informing all of those involved what their duties are and when they should be performing them
•Being present at the bride’s house/hotel whilst she is getting ready, helping her so she can relax and get ready. Being on hand for any eventualities/emergencies that could arise
•On the morning, taking any items to the venue including overnight bags/going away outfits and gifts ensuring that these will be stored safely
•Ensuring that your exact wishes are carried out with regard to venue decorating and table settings
•Seeing to your guests ensuring that their needs are being catered for, food and drinks are being served at the correct time and in the right place, ensuring you are not too preoccupied with the arrangements and can spend time with your guests and together
•Acting as Toastmaster making necessary announcements throughout the day
•If required, directing the band and/or disco where to set up if they are to set up during the wedding breakfast
•Taking responsibility for any monies and making any necessary payments to suppliers on the day
