Planning a wedding can be a truly exciting time, but for some it can also be extremely overwhelming or simply too time consuming. Whether you require us to assist with your planning from the outset or to join you half way through, you can be assured that we will provide you with the perfect end result, no matter how big or small your requirements.

VENUE SEARCH  We will use our vast knowledge as well as our experience at searching for venues to ensure that you have the perfect location for you be it a castle, a barn or a field for your Tepee tents! We will produce a short list of options for you to choose from before arranging your appointments to visit or for us to visit on your behalf.

SUPPLIER LIAISON  Our relationships with our suppliers have been built up over the last decade and it is because of these relationships, we can ensure only the very best from the wedding industry will work on your wedding. We negotiate the best price and ensure that these discounts are passed directly to you. It is our principle that we do not take a commission/fee from our suppliers thus ensuring we choose our suppliers due to their skills and talents.

THEMES AND DESIGNS  It is very important to us that your wedding is a true representation and unique to the two of you. We will work closely with you to determine a theme for your big day and will produce a design book to show you how it will be implemented throughout the whole event from stationery to room lighting and decor. You will then choose the elements you like and your design will be developed on this basis, with you making the final decisions.

MANAGEMENT The actual tasks of co-ordinating and managing the paperwork and logistics for a wedding are the most time consuming. However, we will do all of this for you. From setting and sticking to budgets, confirming contracts with suppliers and arranging and attending appointments to recording all the payments, setting a wedding day schedule and managing the RSVP's amongst many other duties thus allowing you to enjoy the build up to your special day.

ON THE DAY   The help and support continues through the day itself with us being on hand from the beginning to the end of the day. We will ensure the ceremony and reception venues are decorated correctly as well as running the day so that any problems are dealt with, allowing you to relax with your guests.
