FULL PLANNING & DESIGN
You may think that having a wedding planner is a massive extra expense and out of a 'normal' person's reach. but that isn't the case. A good wedding planner will be able to offset a good proportion of their cost against what they will save you. In return you receive not only a professional and beautifully co-ordinated wedding but piece of mind and most importantly, someone on hand 247 who will help take away the stress and will always be willing to listen
Ruth will assist in whatever is required. Whether you are abroad and would like her to oversee the entire event or you would just like a professional to offer help and advice and guide you through the process.
She would like to help you plan an event that represents your ideas and personalities, so she will do the ground work, provide you with options and let you make the decisions through regular contact and meetings. Along with the research she will provide you with design boards, control budgets, negotiate pricing (passing on discounts), oversee contracts, liaise with suppliers, send out invitations and manage responses, help with table plans plus it also includes the ‘There on your day' service.
The cost of a Full Planning and Design service is 12% of the total wedding or £2000 minimum fee
PARTIAL PLANNING
You have chosen the ideal venue, found your dream dress but have either run out of time, can't find the right suppliers for other aspects of your wedding or even had enough of your family interfering and would like to hand everything including the stress, over to somebody else.
Ruth will use her knowledge of suppliers to find you the most suitable companies who will complement the plans and ideas you already have in place.
She will be able to step in at any point during the planning process and offer help and advice to ensure that you can enjoy the run up to your wedding, this package also includes the 'There on Your Day' service.
Price is worked out on an hourly rate of £35 ph based on the amount of work required or a £500 minimum fee.
