Having a Marquee Wedding allows you the opportunity to style and design the perfect look for your wedding without the restrictions of a venue such as coloured walls, curtains, carpets and furniture. You have a blank canvas!

However, co-ordinating a Marquee Wedding is a much more complicated project than that of a wedding at a hotel for example. There are many elements that need to be brought together to ensure the success of the event.

It is important to ensure that the decisions you make are correct right from the start. We will meet with you on booking and discuss areas such as the layouts, marquee size, equipment and catering requirements, bad weather contingency plans plus many other aspects.

Due to the wealth of knowledge and experience of planning and co-ordinating Marquee Weddings we will be able to ensure that every aspect is covered, from choosing the right style of marquee, meeting with the marquee company on site to develop site and contingency plans, through to liaising with the caterers and other suppliers and being the main point of contact throughout the planning process. This in turn leaves you free to enjoy the other aspects of your planning.

We will be on site the day before the wedding to ensure the marquee is erected to specification and to meet the suppliers delivering to site and oversee the project. The service then continues throught the wedding day itself. We will decorate the marquee to your exacting wishes as well as co-ordinate and toastmaster the day and deal with any issues that may arise, leaving you and your guests free to relax and enjoy your special day.

If required we can also be on site for the breakdown of the marquee and to liaise with suppliers collecting items and equipment
