FULL PLANNING & DESIGN
Full Planning is a must for those couples who have firm ideas about their wedding but need a professional to help bring everything together due to their own time or geographical constraints or for those who really don't have a clue about the style of wedding they want and need the guidance to ensure their special day is gorgeous.
Whether you are abroad and would like Ruth to oversee the entire event or you would just like a professional to offer help and advice and guide you through the process, Ruth will be able to execute the perfect wedding.
She will help you plan a wedding that represents your ideas and personalities. So after your first 'fact finding' meeting she will do the ground work, provide you with options for all areas including venue, caterer, photographer, florist etc and let you make the final decisions based on what you would like to have for your wedding. You will have updates and reports through regular contact and meetings. Along with the research and supplier negotiations, she will provide you with a set budget, design boards, she will control budgets, negotiate pricing (passing on discounts), oversee contracts, liaise with suppliers, send out invitations and manage responses, help with table plans amongst many other services, plus it also includes the ‘There on your day' service.
The cost of a Full Planning and Design service is worked out on an hourly rate and starts from £2250.
PARTIAL PLANNING
You have chosen the ideal venue, found your dream dress but have either run out of time, can't find the right suppliers for other aspects of your wedding or even had enough of your family interfering and would like to hand everything including the stress, over to somebody else.
Ruth will use her knowledge of suppliers to find you the most suitable companies who will complement the plans and ideas you already have in place.
She will be able to step in at any point during the planning process and offer help and advice to ensure that you can enjoy the run up to your wedding, this package also includes the 'There on Your Day' service.
The cost of partial planning is worked out on an hourly rate and starts from £1000.
